A Woops! macaron bakeshop offers a cool, sleek and small footprint offers the functionality of a coffee shop, thanks to branded coffees and teas, served up alongside delicious sandwiches and international pastries baked onsite. Modeled after the hip, yet timeless, European bakeshop, Woops! updates the concept with a classic-contemporary aesthetic that is 100% American in look and feel. Although larger than the kiosk, and obviously housed in permanent commercial space, a Woops! bakeshop is still easy to operate. Bakeshops have a footprint of 400 to 1,000 square feet, meaning they can fit into many different types of retail locations from bustling shopping complexes to smaller, neighborhood commercial strips.

Bakeshops offer dazzling line of colorful, unique products
Although larger than kiosks in terms of footprint and product offerings, a bakeshop also can be operated with a very small staff thanks to the efficiency of its design. Training will be extensive so that you will be well-prepared to serve not only our macarons, but our entire line of more than 30 international pastries and sandwiches, as well as our branded coffee and tea. Our executive team will coach you through every step as your business grows and you earn a loyal, dedicated and growing following in your community.
All Woops! bakeshop products are made by hand in our bakery, fast-frozen and shipped to our franchise locations across the United States. Once there, Woops! Customized and easy to operate ovens finish the job in 20 minutes as items are needed, and then they are ready for display and sale. Because Woops! takes care of producing our treats, our franchisees can focus on managing their businesses and taking care of their customers.
Training covers every aspect of bakeshop operations
And just like the kiosk, a bakeshop owner doesn’t have any kitchen experience: In addition to operational training, every franchise owner receives intensive training in how to prepare and serve our products. Woops! has an intensive training experience that covers every aspect of business operations: inventory management, point of sale system and how to build additional revenue by pursuing online and outside sales. The Woops! team also will step in with ongoing coaching to ensure that every franchise owner is meeting his or her financial and performance goals.
In addition to helping franchise owners choose the best site for their new business, the Woops! management team also will bring the same comprehensive training that kiosk franchise owners receive, adding layers to ensure that owners and their staffs are ready to sell and serve not only French macarons, but the full Woops! branded line of pastries, sandwiches, coffees and teas.
