No. You only need a willingness to follow proven systems, and the drive to manage the business and take care of your customers. Only the WOOPS! bake shop model owners will do a moderate amount of baking. Most products are made by our artisanal bakery, then flash-frozen and shipped swiftly to our franchisees. This model allows franchisees to concentrate on managing the business, taking care of customers, and building relationships in the community to grow offsite sales.

Yes. We have relationships with five of the biggest mall chains in America, and they are very pleased with the performance they have seen from Woops! kiosk franchises.

For a kiosk, you will only need one employee per shift. When you are first starting out, you may choose to fill this role. As you get established, we encourage you to spend most of your time away from the kiosk so you can network with other businesses and organizations in your community to build the catering and corporate gifting portions of your business.
