Macarons are not a simple dessert to make at home. Today’s consumers are attracted to higher-end, hard-to-find products, and Woops! has perfected the art of making macarons for a mass consumer market. All Woops! products are made by hand in our artisanal bakery in New York City, then fast-frozen and shipped to our franchise locations across the United States. Kiosks receive pre-baked, frozen products that are thawed for sale — a simple process that takes only a few minutes.
Because our franchisees have a simple inventory to manage, they can focus on growing their businesses. Our sleek and modern kiosks do well in upscale, busy retail shopping malls and require a minimal staff. They attract impulse shoppers who quickly become regular Woops! customers.
